What we confirm separately
Our base Multiphase package covers standard single-phase installation. Three-phase installation, additional monitoring hardware, cabling and shared-building controls are separately assessed and quoted.
Longer cable routes, trenching, difficult access, switchboard upgrades, supply-authority work and strata infrastructure are assessed separately where required. We agree additional work before proceeding.

What does zappi Multiphase mean?
The charger can support suitable single-phase or three-phase configurations. It does not upgrade your property’s supply; the installed circuit, vehicle and settings determine its output.
Does the Apexelec zappi Multiphase package include three-phase installation?
The base package is a standard single-phase installation. If you want three-phase charging, we assess the supply, board and cable route and confirm that work separately in the quote.
Will zappi Multiphase charge my EV at 22 kW?
Only where the car supports 22 kW AC and the installation provides a suitable three-phase circuit and capacity. A vehicle limited to 11 kW AC cannot take 22 kW simply because the charger can supply it.
What are zappi ECO, ECO+ and FAST modes?
FAST prioritises charging from available power. ECO uses surplus renewable energy with grid support as needed. ECO+ can pause when the chosen renewable threshold is not met. The installed monitoring and settings determine behaviour.
Can zappi work if I do not have solar?
Yes. It can charge from grid electricity, with schedules configured for your routine. Solar-responsive behaviour becomes relevant when a suitable renewable system and monitoring are available.
Does this zappi package include an attached cable?
Yes. Our Sales Desk package is the tethered Type 2 version. myenergi also sells untethered variants, so the connection type is confirmed on your quote.
Can I choose a Black or White zappi?
Yes, the Sales Desk package offers Black and White finishes. We confirm the selected colour and availability before ordering.
Does zappi need CT monitoring for solar control?
The system needs suitable measurement of import and export to respond to surplus generation. Extra monitoring, extensions or wireless communication equipment are identified during assessment.
How is zappi Multiphase different from zappi GLO?
Multiphase has an on-unit display and supports suitable single- or three-phase arrangements. GLO is a screen-free 7 kW single-phase model with app-led controls and a 6.5 m lead.
Can zappi Multiphase be used in a strata parking bay?
It can be considered after strata approval and an electrical assessment. Common-property routes, shared capacity, metering and who can use the charger need to be resolved as part of the building scope.
