Longer cable routes, trenching, difficult access, switchboard upgrades, supply-authority work and strata infrastructure are assessed separately where required. We agree additional work before proceeding.

Does zappi GLO have a display?
No. GLO has a screen-free design, with supported controls and monitoring managed through the myenergi app. Compare zappi Multiphase if you prefer an on-unit display.
Is zappi GLO a 7 kW or 22 kW charger?
This GLO is a 7 kW single-phase charger. It is not the 22 kW three-phase Multiphase model; choosing a higher-rated model also requires a suitable supply and vehicle.
How long is the zappi GLO cable?
The attached Type 2 lead is 6.5 m. We check the distance to your vehicle’s inlet and a safe storage route when selecting the mounting location.
Can zappi GLO use my solar panels?
Yes, GLO supports solar integration with suitable monitoring and setup. We assess the solar system and any extra equipment or cabling before confirming solar-control functionality.
Can zappi GLO work alongside a home battery?
It supports a home energy ecosystem, but battery priorities and monitoring need planning. Share the battery and inverter models so we can discuss the intended charging behaviour.
Can I manage zappi GLO with an app?
Yes, myenergi provides app-based charging controls and monitoring. Reliable connectivity at the installation location supports those features.
Does zappi GLO support off-peak charging?
It supports scheduled smart charging. We confirm your Australian electricity plan and available integrations; overseas tariff examples should not be assumed to apply here.
Can I restrict who uses a zappi GLO?
myenergi offers optional RFID tap-to-charge access functionality. We confirm the configuration and any cards or accessories required; they are not listed in our base GLO inclusions.
Can zappi GLO be installed outdoors?
myenergi lists an IP65 enclosure suitable for outdoor installation. We check the proposed wall, access, cable storage and impact exposure before mounting.
What does the Apexelec zappi GLO package include?
