What we confirm separately
This is the 7 kW single-phase package, not the separate 22 kW model. Additional circuits, longer routes, mounting stands or electrical upgrades are quoted to suit the site.
Longer cable routes, trenching, difficult access, switchboard upgrades, supply-authority work and strata infrastructure are assessed separately where required. We agree additional work before proceeding.

Is Ocular LTE Plus V3 a single-phase or three-phase charger?
This package is the 7 kW single-phase version with a 6 m Type 2 cable. Ocular also offers other versions; a 22 kW model is not substituted without confirming the scope.
Does LTE Plus V3 include an attached charging cable?
Yes, this package includes a 6 m tethered Type 2 lead. The lead stays with the charger, so you do not need to retrieve a separate cable each time.
Does Ocular LTE Plus have 4G mobile internet?
The LTE Plus V3 described here uses Bluetooth app connectivity. LTE is its model name; it does not mean a cellular SIM or mobile internet service is included.
What can I see on the Ocular LTE Plus screen?
The colour LCD shows charging-session information such as charging time and electrical readings. It is useful for checking the session without relying solely on your phone.
Can I set off-peak charging on LTE Plus V3?
Yes, scheduled charging is supported through the Bluetooth app. Follow Ocular’s user guide, including its daily plug-in requirements, and check the hours against your electricity tariff.
Will Ocular LTE Plus work with a Tesla or BYD?
The Type 2 version suits compatible Type 2 AC vehicles, including suitable Tesla and BYD models. Give us the exact model so we can confirm the inlet and AC charging limit.
Does LTE Plus V3 automatically follow surplus solar?
A timed daytime charge can use available solar, but scheduling alone does not measure and follow surplus generation. If that is essential, we can compare solar-diversion chargers.
Is the Ocular LTE Plus suitable for outdoor mounting?
Ocular lists IP55 weather protection. The position must still suit the manufacturer’s instructions, mounting surface and exposure; we also plan neat cable storage.
What comes in the Apexelec LTE Plus V3 package?
The LTE Plus V3 charger, listed protection, isolator and up to 2 m of circuit cable, plus charger setup, testing and a compliance certificate. Other installation work is confirmed separately.
What warranty is offered on Ocular LTE Plus V3?
